FUTURE DIRECTOR/COLLABORATOR
I am excited to announce that I have found a collaborator to develop the project. This will allow me to take the show to various festivals in South Africa and possibly abroad. More details to come soon.

JOHANNESBURG HOLOCAUST AND GENOCIDE CENTRE

https://jhbholocaust.co.za/
Since the launch of my CD at this award-winning site, the centre and I have collaborated on numerous events, including a performance for the SAJBD for their Yom Hashoah ceremony in 2019. Also, six of the album songs have been included in the exhibition at the Centre. Thank you to Tali Nates for all your support.

Thank you to everyone who supported the project via Thundafund.com! I reached my target and managed to record the CD at John Lindermann’s studio with musicians Denzil Weale, Avi Levy and Waldo Alexander and under the firm and encouraging hand of Ann Hamblin. Lesley Hudson of Cut2Black generously agreed to print the CDs. Thank you Lesley! The launch for the CD was on 16th September 2017 at the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre. Thank you to Tali Nates for allowing me to use this important and beautifully symbolic venue free of charge.

9TH STREET
https://ninthst.squarespace.com/about
In 2018, I founded a community called 9th Street. We are a group of Jewish artists living and working in Johannesburg. 9th Street is a place for all of us professional artists working in the realm of Jewish identity and narratives, to come together to talk, share ideas, collaborate, support each other and grow from each other. I am so thankful for everyone in this community and truly value this as a sacred space to share my work and values.
