Abi Gezunt

This song, Abi Gezunt, reminds me of my great-granny "Ouma" Lily Garb, who spoke Afrikaans (hence the name Ouma), grew up in Willowmore, and lived a very ascetic life. It worked well for her; she lived to the ripe old age of 96. The song says you don't need much, just a few measly coins in your pocket and a good laugh once in a while with a friend.
To get your "Ouma" a copy of the CD for R200, email me leigh@mydreamwardrobe.co.za
